The summer saw 2 brand new offices of Kings Group, with Chingford and Hertford opening their doors for the first time.

This is part of Kings continued expansion, and follows on from the opening of Kings Lettings office in Enfield Town in December 2006.

Chingford and Hertford represent a landmark in Kings development, as they are the first franchised offices to open under the Kings Franchising division.

Franchisees, Steven Celimon of Chingford and Daniel Foot at Hertford, bring a wealth of experience to both areas, having both previously worked with Kings for many years. Steve and Daniel are both equally optimistic and looking forward to the challenge of making their mark in these “untapped” areas of Kings.

Both locations are perfectly situated to complement the already established locations of the other 8 offices.

The offices can both cater for demands of the housing market, covering the business of Estate Agency, but in addition can provide Lettings and Financial Services expertise, as part of their operation.
