RENT GUARANTEE

Once in place our Homelet rent guarantee offers total peace of mind for Landlords if the Tenant fails to pay the rent whilst occupying the property. Several types of policies are available through Homelet and the branch staff will be happy to discuss these with you in more detail.

Our Fully Managed Service includes the Xpress Service free of charge. This service includes Homlet referencing with rent guarantee, which can be rewarded at a fee. This service also includes all legal expenses to help assist with tenant evictions. This policy carries an excess equivalent to one month’s rent. The branch will be able to give full details. If you wish to upgrade your service please ask a member of staff

After the initial term, if the landlord wishes to continue the rent guarantee, there will be a renewal charge due, which is paid on the renewal of the contracts.
